- Minimum Orders
Minimum Order is $30 per shipment.
- Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex or other advance payment via
wire transfer, check or other certified funds. Payment terms are
available with an approved credit
application, however we require a new customer's first order
to be prepaid in all cases. We do not ship COD.
- International Orders
All International orders must be prepaid via cashier's check drawn on a U.S.
bank or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for International Orders.Many
product warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S. H2O makes guarantee
of warranty coverage, serviceability, or compatibility for products
that are used outside of the U.S. Duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, etc.
all are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Marietta, GA. We ship
packages via UPS and pallets with UPS Freight, Averitt Express,
R & L or your favorite trucking company. We do not do any
business with DHL.
- Transportation
Claims for damaged goods in shipment or shortages must be made by customer directly with freight company.
- Returns
All returns must be approved by H2O Filter Warehouse and a return authorization (RA) with number must be issued. A restocking charge of 15% may apply to returned goods. Once an RA # has been issued, merchandise is to be returned to H2O Filter Warehouse freight prepaid. (see returns goods policy)
- Verbal Orders
We prefer all our orders to be placed in writing via fax or email. Verbal orders and changes to orders will be accepted only with the understanding H2O Filter Warehouse is not responsible for freight charges for returned merchandise ordered verbally.
- Limited Warranty
Most H2O Filter Warehouse products have a limited warranty covering workmanship and materials. Some products sold by H2O Filter Warehouse have no warranty, or they are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Please contact H2O Filter Warehouse for more information regarding warranties.
- Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Past Due Accounts
We do not ship orders to customers with past due accounts. A 1.5% per month
service charge will be applied to all past due accounts. Client agrees
to pay all reasonable legal fees and court costs associated with the
collections of unpaid balances.
